Frames:
This is a look at each frame.
Using the two pictures, I duplicate, cut & paste and re-draw to create the frame sequence.
Then I save each frame. -  I usually first make a frame which shows all images in one frame, save it, load and save the color menu (no dithering) from that example, and use that color menu to save all the rest of my frames. This makes it easier to optimize the file later.

Notes:
* Each frame must be the same size.
* The last and first frames often complete the movement loop.
