Jennie has taken up quilting in a big way since we moved to Mount Shasta. In addition to taking lessons and making quits on her own, she is active in the Shasta Lilly Quilt Guild where she helps put on their annual quilt show; works on the annual fund raising raffle quilt; and joins in the making of quilts donated to the Mercy Care Center and the California Highway Patrol where they are given to auto accident victims. It should be noted that not only did Jennie work on the 1999 raffle quilt, but she held the winning ticket. See the photo link to it below.
