The Deli department is the newest addition to Buz's.
In May 1999 we began to create a Seafood Deli in response to customer requests.
We intend to provide our customers with a dining alternative.
We will assist with menu planning and custom prepare items.
We are developing menus, recipes and collecting ideas.

We already have a limited number of seafood salads, party trays,
smoked fish and spreads as well as gift certificates.
