Click on small picture to see a larger view	pict0000 Backhoe is digging a huge hole to roast the pig. A load of River rock is placed in the hole, then a bunch of oak. The oak heats up the rocks and when the oak burns down, the pig (wrapped in sacking) is placed in the hole and dirt is then piled on top.
