A meeting of the Club and Foundation boards was held at the Weed Boulevard Subway on November 27. Items discussed included -

1.   This week members will be able to agree with or disagree with the Board's decision to move our lunch venue to Silva's.
2.  Todd will rescue the remaining Rotary items from Dos Amigo's closet.
3.  The Board will soon consider the development of a strategic plan for our club in line with Future Vision.
4.  Todd will investigate WHS's interest in participation in the 4-way test essay contest this year.
5.  We will pass the hat for Jerry Broomfield's family at the December 6 meeting.
6.  As a goal, all future "pass the hats" will be announced at the meeting a week before the donation requests to allow the members to plan ahead for the collection.
7.  Alisa will follow-up with John Oliver to attempt to complete the outstanding power installation effort at the Community Garden.
8.  Plans for the Bocce Ball and Horseshoe tournaments will be pursued at a low level next month.
