History

The Reverend and Sister Clark founded St. Mark's and began worship services here on Sunday, October 12, 1997. On that day, 26 people became charter members. Reverend Clark was installed as pastor of St. Mark's on June 14, 1998.

St. Mark's has about seventy to eighty members who regularly attend Sunday morning services. Over 50 souls have been baptized at St. Mark's.

St. Mark's had a video ministry every Sunday for a year on the Redding Community Access Channel and now has an audio ministry.

In 2001, St. Mark's began the Brotherhood's "Rites of Passage" program, which meets every other Thursday at 4 p.m.
