All that real property situated in the City of Yreka, County of Siskiyou, State of California,

described as:

BEGINNING at a point on the West line of Oregon Street, distant 154 feet 5 inches, in a Northerly direction from the Southeast corner of Lot 1 in .Block 7 of said Town of Yreka City, as designated and decribed on the Official Map of said Town of Yreka City that was on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Siskiyou, State of California, in 1904,

said point being 84 feet 5 inches North of the Northeast corner of the former Frances Hess Lot;

thence from said point in a Northerly direction along said West line of Oregon Street a distance of 84 feet 5 inches to a point on said West line of Oregon Street;

thence at right angles to said West line of Oregon Street in a Westerly direction of 168 feet 3 1/2 inches to a point;

thence at right angles in a Southerly direction a distance of 77 feet to a point;

thence 168 feet 5 1/2 inches to the POINT OF BEGINNING on said West line of Oregon Street.

ALSO all that certain sole right of way over and through that portion of said Lot 1 in Block 7 hereinabove mentioned 16 feet wide and 168 feet and 3 1/2 inches in length lying immediately North of the property hereinabove conveyed, for the purpose of teaming and hauling to and from said Oregon Street and for the passage of animals and vehicles of all kinds to and from said Oregon Street and for any and all purposes as a way.
