A Typical Day Of Reawakening
I say reawakening, because if this treatment is beneficial for you, your experience will be much like awakening from a long nightmare.

Upon awakening in the morning (because Essiac should be taken on an
empty stomach, two hours after eating last.)
A cup of Essiac tea
Coffee made with a half teaspoon of Sage leaf powder
Two capsules each of Echinacea, Garlic/Cayenne/GingerRt, and Creativity (X++)
[At first, try one each of the above.]
One capsule of Grapeseed Pycnogenol w/bioflavinoids

Two hours later
A light breakfast
Digestive enzymes, plus my one capsule RebuildDigestion formula

Two hours later
A cup of Essiac tea
Two capsules each of Echinacea, Garlic/Cayenne/GingerRt, and Creativity (X++)
One capsule of Grapeseed Pycnogenol w/bioflavinoids

Two hours later
A light lunch
Digestive enzymes, plus my one capsule RebuildDigestion formula

Two hours later
A cup of Essiac tea
Two capsules each of Echinacea, Garlic/Cayenne/GingerRt, and Creativity (X++)
One capsule of Grapeseed Pycnogenol w/bioflavinoids

Two hours later
A light supper
Digestive enzymes, plus my one capsule RebuildDigestion formula

Two hours later
A cup of Essiac tea
Two capsules each of Echinacea, Garlic/Cayenne/GingerRt, and Creativity (X++)

Spacing out the doses
The spacing out of the doses of Essiac and herbs is critical, since
taking them too close to eating solid food will prevent absorption.

The number of times a day can be reduced, as you begin to see the
effects of the cleansing. It doesn't seem to hurt anything to take the
Essiac tea as many times a day as you wish.

If two capsules each of Echinacea, Garlic/Cayenne/GingerRt, and
Creativity (X++), are too stimulating, take one each. The antidote
for too much RightBrained "creativity" [side-tracking] appears to be Lysine.

Other nutrients on the Think Clearer Program are optional, to be taken one at a time, as challenge tests, then as needed, as you learn what they do for you, individually.

If you are going to feel better, you will know after taking the Core Program for a few days.

Then you would probably want more of the Essiac herbs, Sage, and the capsules of Echinacea, Garlic/Cayenne/GingerRt, Creativity (X++), and Grapeseed Pycnogenol w/bioflavinoids
