The following herbs and other nutrients will help almost anyone who
has a neck or head injury, any difficulty thinking clearly, or who has
been under a lot of stress, or needs to do heavy mental work, like studying. {When I first wrote this, I was hoping to sell nutritional supplements
and herbs. I will now sell them to you, but only in bulk, and you have to pack
them yourself. I haven't figured out the bulk cost, due to lack of response.}
Almost anyone will benefit from improving the circulation and oxygenation
of their neck and brain.
Make changes one at a time, so that you can see if it helped any.
Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, but excellent for both parents,
to take several months before conceiving.
If you are taking any prescribed pharmaceutical drugs, please fill out
the questionaire, and also send copies of the names and doses, so that
I can research to see if there is any conflict. Some of the herbs or amino
acids, etc., may counteract your prescription drugs.
In the meantime, ask your pharmacist for the package insert for all
your prescription drugs, and read the fine print about the side effects.
Many of these herbs would be safe, and might help reduce the toxic side
effects of pharmaceutical drugs.

Taking ANY prescription/pharmaceutical drug long-term can easily add

While such a drug may be necessary for you, a periodic detoxification

My Essiac Recipe Dry herbs in capsules Echinacea Purpurea Root---an immune system stimulant and lymph decongestant.
Improves circulation to the cellular level. Also fights mycoplasma, viruses,
bacteria.
Heart Rhythm Normalizer---cleans bronchial tubes, improves circulation
at the level of the pump (heart). Creativity (X++) ----herbs to stimulate right brain thinking, contains

Grapeseed Pycnogenol with Bioflavinoids---a powerful anti-oxidant, and

Sage---Added to coffee grounds (half teaspoon per 4 cup pot), it promotes
head and neck circulation Not in capsules.
Optional after some cleansing has been done At least a challenge test in these, to see if they help you.
Rebuild Your Digestion ----Taken along with digestive enzymes, because
incompletely digested proteins can be absorbed and cause allergic type
reactions to the back of the neck and head. Try some Slippery Elm bark
in capsules. If you feel better, you probably need to work on your digestion.
Slippery Elm bark----good anti-anxiety herb, challenge herb to know

Lysine---to support focus and concentration Use if distractability increases, or you keep starting too many projects,
after taking X++.
Glutamine---an amino acid that can help to detoxify the brain of ammonia.
Magnesium---may help if there are cerebral artery wall muscle spasms---also
may help by its role in promoting enzyme production. Over half of all body
enzymes need Magnesium. Preferred form is Potassium Magnesium Aspartate,
also good for lymph flow.
Changes [formerly [Anti-] DysRhythmia Herbs] ---to help the brain learn
a new brainwave coordination pattern. Tested since 1977.
Synergy---similar to Creativity, less RightBrain, more integrated.
Siberian Ginseng-----herbal stimulant. Excellent for typing and long
highway drives.
Wild Yam Root-----contains DHEA, a hormone precursor, promotes weight
loss Be careful. This one makes you deal with reality.
Gingko Biloba------promotes brain and neck circulation Contraindicated with blood thinners.
Tyrosine---an amino acid that promotes neurotransmitters, especially
useful for heavy mental work. Also needed, if hypothyroid or depressed.
Taurine---an amino acid that will help to normalize the amino acid balance
in the brain. Excellent for victims of abuse. Caution: Not more than 500mg at a time.

Bicycling or long walks---exercising to promote oxygenation.
Improve the ventilation of your rooms, and become alert to indoor air
quality.
Asparagine---from eating Asparagus---will help the metabolism of the
brain.
Nucleic Acid diet, originally by Dr. Benjamin Frank; foods are wheat
germ, bran, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, fish (especially sardines, salmon,
anchovies), chicken liver, oatmeal, and onions. RNA promotes "new thinking",
whereas protein deprivation promotes mental "reruns".
Take a new nutrient or medicinal herb with food, at first. This makes
it timed release. A small snack will do. More general

If you are on prescribed pharmaceutical drugs, the Core Program should
be okay, except for anyone on blood thinners. Not recommended: abruptly
stopping pharmaceutical drugs.
