Excerpted from a letter to my sisters: "Last night, I dyed my hair fresh, and did "skin food", feeding my skin from the outside, as I have done, for many years. Want the recipe for an instant face lift? It is derived from Gaylord Hauser's Honey-Egg Mask. 2 whole eggs (let them warm to room temp) 2 Tablespoons emulsified cod liver oil, for A&D 1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil for oil and for E 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil for oil 1 Tablespoon of liquid lecithin You can vary the amounts a little. You can add a Tablespoon of Honey, but that doesn't seem to be essential. Tie your hair up, so that you won't get it sticky. Take a hot bath, to open the pores. Then make it, and start slathering it on, all over your skin. It soaks right into the skin. Just keep on rubbing it on. When you have it all used up, you need to put some old clothes on, over it, and use a clean damp wash cloth to wipe off the excess egg white, from hands, feet and neck and face. This is so that you won't get it all over everything. Leave it on for 24 hours, if possible, before taking a rinsing bath. It helps to feed the skin from the outside, thru the pores. Makes you look 10-15 years younger, almost instantly, well, only for us older ladies." My husband used to do it too. It works for guys too.
