First, know what you want. Do all the imagining and writing yourself.
If possible, make a document with a word processing program, yourself,
because that will mean that I don't spend so much time on it,
which increases your bill.
Tell me how much you can afford to spend on my help, maximum.
Then, I can plan to do the hardest parts first, and leave the easy
stuff
for you to finish later on.

yourself, unless you can really afford my expertise.
Web page design is a continuing need, an evolving work in progress.
If you are in small business, chances are that you need
to learn this skill/art for yourself.
