Summer Reading at the Yreka Library is winding down but there’s still time to get involved with the remaining events. This year’s summer reading theme is “Catch the Reading Bug” and so far many kids and teens have participated in story-times, reading groups and special events.
The final summer reading activities include: A Finale Party on Friday August 1st from 10am-1pm with games, snowcones and prizes. The last Super Science Saturday exploring “To the moon and beyond” with NASA is August 2nd from 2:30pm-4pm. All kids and parents are welcome. Please call Julie at 841-4176 for more details.
