Etna Branch Info

1) Friends of the Etna Library book sale starts at 10am on Thursday, June 5 and will run through Friday and Saturday as well. Times: Thursday 9-5; Friday 9-5 and Sat 8-Noon.

In addition, there is a big raffle! You buy raffle tickets (1 ticket for $1 or 6 for $5) and place your tickets in the bin next to the prize you'd like. A membership of $10 gets you 12 free tickets.

Raffle prizes include: gift certificate to Scott Valley Veterinary Clinic, hand tied fishing flies, a 26" HD TV, a day camp pass to Kidder Creek camp, a birding tour of Scott Valley, a dinner at Etna brewery and a hand-crafted copper trellis (but there are more!)

On Friday, Local author Rick Kincade and artist Diana Callahan will sign their new book "The Elementary ABC's of Love."


2) The summer reading program in Etna features: story-time July 8, 15 and 22 from 11-11:30am and small (but fun) weekly raffle prizes for children who stop by the library each week to have their progress checked on by the branch.
