Public Participation
Public participation is essential to the successful implementation of any public planning program or project. Without the involvement of local citizens, it is difficult to design a program that effectively meets the greater need of the public. The SCRTPA actively seeks to incorporate the involvement of the public in its planning efforts as described in its 2008 Public Participation Plan.
