Overall Work Program (OWP)

Annually, each MPO/RTPA develops an OWP. The OWP introduces the agency and provides and overview of the region, with a focus on its transportation goals and objectives, and the actions to achieve those goals and objectives. The OWP is a scope of work for transportation planning activities, including estimated costs, funding sources and completion schedules. The OWP is the annual funding contract between the state and the MPO.
