Sustainabile Communities Strategy (SB375)

California Air Resources Board (CARB)is charged with establishing regional targets for the reduction of household-based vehicle greenhouse gas emissions as a function of regional land use patterns. The SCRTPA is required to develop a Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS) for achieving regional tragetst. Key documents related to the regional target setting and the SCS process are posted below.
