East of the White Mountains

This is a view to the southeast overlooking Deep Springs Valley.
This is directly east of Big Pine on the East Side of the White Mountains.
It too is a very deep valley, but this one is completly closed in.
Again classic Horst und Graben topography of the Great Basin.

These are the Eureka Valley sand dunes. These are located in
in the southeast corner of Eureka Valley.
This is the Northwest corner of Death Valley National Park.
Again, this is right over the White Mountains from
Big Pine about 30 miles. This shot was taken with
the "Long Eye" from about 20 miles to the northwest of the dunes themselves.
