Zodiaq Care and Maintenance 

One of the beauties of Zodiaq is that it's very easy to keep clean and maintain.  Follow these simple steps to help maintain the radiant, lustrous appearance of your Zodiaq countertops for years to come.

Routine Care:

  • Use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe up any spills on the countertops surface

  • A small amount of non-bleach, non-abrasive cleaners may be used if necessary

  • For stubborn or dried spills, use a White Scotch-Brite pad with a non-abrasive cleaner (such as 409 or comparable cleaning product)

  • Avoid using cleaners that contain bleach and always follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions

Difficult Spills:

  • For hardened spills (gum, food, grease, nail polish, paint, etc), use plastic putty knife  to gently scrap the hardened spill off the countertop - follow with damp cloth or paper towel and a small amount of non-bleach, non-abrasive cleaner

  • Permanent markets and inks may adhere to the surface and should be avoided

  • If these products end up the countertop surface, then follow the routine care steps outlined above 

  • If stain persists, moisten a cloth with Greased Lightning or comparable product and rub it into the stain - let stand for approximately 15-minutes the wipe surface with a clean soft cloth - rinse thoroughly with water then dry

  • Certain chemicals may damage your Zodiaq surface so it is recommended to keep products such as paint removers, furniture strippers, nail polish remover, bleach, permanent markers or inks and oil soaps away from your Zodiaq countertop

  • It is also recommended not to use cleaning products with high alkaline (high-pH) content
