Prevent
Heat Damage
Although Corian
is an excellent material for heat resistance, it is still very important
to minimize direct heat exposure to protect your Corian surface and
investment.
We recommend
using heat trivets or hot pads with placing hot objects on your Corian
countertop. It is also recommended to allow cookware to cool before
placing them in your Corian sink.
Although boiling
water alone will not damage your Corian sink, we still recommend running your faucet while pouring boiling water into your
sink
Preventing
Other Damage
Help maintain
the beauty of your countertops by:
-
Avoiding
direct exposure to strong chemicals, such as paint removers, oven
cleaners, etc. - if contact does occur, quickly flush the surface with
water
-
Do not cut
directly on your Corian countertops
