Carolyn Swift
I have been in real estate in Mt. Shasta since 1978. I love the area and my work and hope to be in business here for another 21 years. Over that period of time, I have met and worked with numerous wonderful clients and customers that have become friends that I might not have otherwise met. Mt. Shasta is where I raised my family and started my real estate career while my children were still at home.

During the 21 years I have been in business, I served on the Siskiyou County Board of Realtors for 8 years, 2 years each as Secretary, Vice President, President and Director. During 4 of those 8 years, I traveled to the quarterly California Association of Realtors meetings throughout California. Those trips were very informative and useful for both myself and for the Association I represented. I attend as many educational seminars as possible to keep myself updated.

I strive to bring to my customers the latest information available, which in this day and age is constantly changing. I also try to put myself in my clients' position, so that I can better see their points of view.
