PHI Cares Air Medical Membership Program

The Mt. Shasta Sno-Mobilers are proud to offer club group membership discounts in the PHI Cares Air Medical.  When you become a member of the PHI Cares Membership Program, PHI will accept the insurance payment as “payment in full” for any medically necessary transport – from a hospital to another hospital or from the scene of an emergency. As a member, when transported by PHI Air Medical, you will never have any out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary transports.  Club group membership dues are $40.00 annually, with or without insurance.  For additional information, call PHI Cares at 1.888.IFLYPHI (1.888.435.9744) or visit their web site. Please contact Eileen with the Club if you’d like to join our group.
