McGraw Project

The McGraw residence is located on a ten acre parcel west of Weed Ca.  The home is 3500 square feet living area, over 1000 sq ft of porches and a 700 sq ft garage. The plan includes a great room, master bedroom suite with second story library and master bath with a spa, two additional bedrooms with shared bath, formal dining room and an exercise room over the garage.  Mountain Tech has also constructed a large work shop and additional garage building.
