There are two specials available on the Cafe's menu this month. The first is a short story written by a young author based on DSR chapter 8. T.L. Arens presented us with the story and wanted to post it here at the Cafe. Knowing better than to say no, we gladly took the short, read it and realized why she liked it. "Lullaby" is written by 15 year-old Clewtitian and while visitors may read it here at the Cafe, we've also provided a link to Clewt's page at Deviant Art. We'd like to thank Miss Clewtitian for such a sweet piece of work and T.L. Arens extends her gratitude for such a well-written short. |

Another piece of wonderful work submitted
to us by T.L. Arens comes by way of one of her readers from
Deviant Art. T.L. again raved over it and insisted that we post it, too.
We asked her if there was anything of her work that was ready for the
next menu and all she did was grin at us and wave the story. "Post!" she
said.
So we took the time to read "Hen to Pan: The Ouroboros and needless to say, our collective jaws dropped. (One of the waitresses had to use a spatula to scrape the jaws off the kitchen floor) "Hen to Pan: The Ouroboros is written by LadyKara from Deviant Art. It is a masterful work in narrative and like Clewtitian's short, we are honored and privileged to offer visitors a taste of someone else's 'cooking' Thank you sooo much, LadyKara for the fine piece of work!! |
