Welcome!
Welcome to the Home of the Computer Users Group! We
are an organization (nonprofit) of computer users in Redding, California.
Our main purpose is to serve as a resource for members and the local PC
computing community. We accomplish this through various activities. Our General
Meetings are once a month and are open to the public. We have Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that also have monthly
meetings on specialized topics. The Mentors and SIG Leaders help
by providing their expertise to any member who requires assistance. We have a Librarian
who will help you find programs to suit your computing needs. Our Directory will help you get in touch with officers,
directors and mentors quickly. Our monthly Motherboard
newsletter is an excellent source of information and serves as a
vehicle for our active Software Evaluation Program.
The IBM/PCUG of Redding
was formed to create a greater understanding of, and interest in, computers in
our community. We are here to serve and learn. Please, join us. Click on
our image map above for more information. Be sure to check out the FAQ Page for detailed information about our
organization.
