The Canadian movie adaptaion of this series contains extra footage including a speech made by Captain Power about the death of Pilot. It is basically made up of 4 different episodes. I understand that it also has additional effects footage not used in the series either. Writers were contracted to work on a second season but evidently they toys had not sold well at all so the show went away. Quite a shame too.

There were quite a few Captain Power toys made.
Comics
There were two issues of a comic book made. Both with very nice art and color.
