Mother's Song
She rocked me so gently, and whispered to me, a mothers sweet song of love tenderly. In arms that could hold back the nights tide, she held me fast, to her loving side. Softly, and caring most gloriously, she, in turn, awakened the mother in me, but still after time and all these years, in my mind I rock in her arms, when my eyes fill with tears.
