I wanted to do something for the Katrina Hurricane folks last Christmas and did not finish this song in time. I had an idea to send it to Merle Haggard who live in the next town Palo Cedro, which is east of Redding where I live. Ray Jensen had laid down a terrific pedal steel track and it was just a wonderful blessing the way this Christmas Song came altogether! I finished it about a week before Christmas 2005 and too late to get it out to anyone who wanted to help!

If anyone wants to buy this single, I am selling it for $1.00 + S&H to cover the costs of mailing and to send all the rest to ADRA to help the folks in Lousiana. You will enjoy the lyrics and the tune as it will Spirit anyone to Christmas and helping those victims of such a terrible clamity...we should do all we can to help them still.
